What is the fine line that differentiates guidance from control or limitation? This was my growth theme in the mid-nineties as I was volunteering my time as a teacher with the Church of Divine Man (Berkeley Psychic Institute).
Seed in hand, my exodus from the nurturing but controlling mother organization was sparked. In 1996, along with a few former members of CDM/BPI, the Order of The Ascended Rose was born. CDM/BPI was created to train psychics, but, again in his last year, Lewis told me if he had it to do over he would have set his sights higher. Learning from my teacher, OAR's focus is to train teachers. Like CDM/BPI, our foundation is grounded in western esoteric knowledge. For example, the secret sequences coded into the first few books of the Bible are in base three. Therefore our foundation of classes is also a simple base of three: three introductory level classes and three programs in our seminary. Also, three points is the smallest reference in the real world for creating defined space. All you need to be You is the space. OAR will not only provide that space for you, it will also teach you how to create and define it. LVX The words of Bhai Sahib spoke to me as part of my own spiritual process. I have walked thorough the fires of death, divorce, health challenges, and employment opportunities. The quote may sound somewhat harsh, but sometimes our experiences feel harsh. This does not mean that we need to suffer, it does, at least for me, mean that sometimes life needs to burn away that which does not serve us.
Come play and see if we can fan the flame of your Divinity and make your light a little brighter. |

"When does gold ore become gold? When it is put through a process of fire. So the human being during the training becomes as pure as gold through suffering. It is the burning away of the dross. Suffering has a great redeeming quality. As a drop pf water failing on the desert sand is quickly sucked up immediately, so we must become nothing and nowhere...we must disappear." Bhai Sahib |
